Dasto is the solo project of Jehf Jones. His ambient compositions are the result of improvisational manipulations of guitar loops and layers to create a slow and spacious musical experience.
Jehf describes his compositions as "structured like an auricular headache---repetitive, drawn out tonal arrangements with sustained throbbing concinnity. To be fully enjoyed it should be dismissed as background noise and ignored." |
